Namaz vakti ve konum
Uygulamada Ayarlar > Konum Ayarları bölümünden şehir ve ilçe seçiminizi kontrol edin. GPS kullanıyorsanız konum izninin açık olduğundan emin olun.
Premium abonelik

Email us with a description of the issue and the step where it occurred.
Contact us in the app
- Open the Ezan Nuru app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Complete the subject and message fields, then submit your request.
Quick help
Notifications
Check that notifications are allowed under iPhone Settings > Notifications > Ezan Nuru. Keep the required prayer notification preferences enabled in the app.
Prayer times and location
Review your city and district under Settings > Location Settings in the app. If you use GPS, confirm that location permission is enabled.
Premium subscription
Apple manages iOS subscriptions. View or manage your subscription under iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
Account
Manage your account from the Profile screen. See the account deletion page for account and data deletion details.
Include in your support request
- The screen or feature where the issue occurred
- The last action you took before the issue
- Your iOS version and Ezan Nuru app version
- A screenshot that does not contain personal information, if available
Security: Never include your password, payment card details, verification code, or identity documents in a support message.

Prüfen Sie Stadt und Bezirk in den Standorteinstellungen der App. Bei GPS-Nutzung muss die Standortberechtigung aktiviert sein.
Premium-Abonnement
Apple verwaltet iOS-Abonnements. Sie finden diese unter iPhone-Einstellungen > Apple-Account > Abonnements.
Konto
