1. Giriş

Bu gizlilik politikası, Ezan Nuru (paket adı: com.grisee.ezannuru) mobil uygulamasının kullanıcılardan topladığı, kullandığı ve koruduğu kişisel verilere ilişkin bilgileri içermektedir.

Uygulamayı kullanarak bu gizlilik politikasında açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Toplanan Veriler

2.1. Kullanıcı Hesap Bilgileri

Kayıt ve giriş işlemleri sırasında aşağıdaki bilgiler toplanabilir:

E-posta adresi — Hesap oluşturma ve giriş
İsim — Profil oluşturma (isteğe bağlı)
Google hesap bilgileri — Google ile giriş tercih edildiğinde
Apple ID bilgileri — Apple ile giriş tercih edildiğinde

Şifreler, Firebase Authentication tarafından şifrelenerek saklanır ve uygulama geliştiricisi tarafından görüntülenemez.

2.2. Konum Verileri

Uygulama, aşağıdaki amaçlarla konum verisi kullanır:

Namaz vakitlerinin hesaplanması
Kıble yönünün belirlenmesi
Yakındaki camilerin gösterimi

Konum verileriniz sunucularımıza kaydedilmez. Yakındaki camileri göstermek, harita işlevlerini sağlamak, adres/şehir araması yapmak veya belirli namaz vakti sağlayıcılarından sonuç almak için konum ya da arama bilgileriniz Google, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim veya Aladhan gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlere anlık olarak iletilebilir.

2.5. Satın Alma Bilgileri

Uygulama içi abonelik satın alma işlemleri Google Play Billing üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Ödeme bilgileriniz tarafımızca toplanmaz; Google tarafından yönetilir.

Kişisel verileriniz hiçbir koşulda üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

6. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik

Verileriniz, Firebase altyapısı üzerinde Google'ın güvenlik standartlarına uygun şekilde saklanmaktadır (SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, ISO 27017).

Hesap verileri, hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır. Cihazda yerel olarak saklanan veriler, uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir.

7. Uluslararası Veri Transferi

Firebase, Google ve diğer üçüncü taraf hizmetler verilerinizi Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir. Verileriniz, ilgili hizmet sağlayıcıların veri koruma şartları ve uygun güvenlik önlemleri çerçevesinde korunur.

12. Çocuk Gizliliği

Ezan Nuru, 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Böyle bir durumun farkına varırsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçiniz.

13. Reklam ve Takip

Uygulama, ücretsiz versiyonunda Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam göstermektedir. Premium aboneliğe sahip kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez.

Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatmak için: Cihaz Ayarları > Google > Reklamlar yolunu takip edebilirsiniz.

14. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yapılması halinde uygulama içinde bildirim ile kullanıcılar bilgilendirilecektir.

Passwords are encrypted by Firebase Authentication and cannot be viewed by the app developer.

Showing nearby mosques on the map

Your location data is not stored on our servers. To show nearby mosques, provide map functions, perform address/city searches, or retrieve results from selected prayer-time providers, your location or search information may be transmitted in real time to third-party services such as Google, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, or Aladhan.

2.3. User-Generated Content

2.5. Purchase Information

In-app subscription purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Your payment information is not collected by us; it is managed by Google.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase infrastructure in compliance with Google's security standards (SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, ISO 27017).

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

7. International Data Transfer

Firebase, Google, and other third-party services may process your data on servers outside your country. Your data is protected under the relevant service providers' data protection terms and appropriate safeguards.

Ezan Nuru does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware of such a case, please contact us.

The free version of the app displays ads through Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

To disable personalized ads: Device Settings > Google > Ads.

Kontodaten werden bis zur Kontolöschung aufbewahrt. Lokal gespeicherte Daten werden bei Deinstallation der App gelöscht.

Die kostenlose Version zeigt Werbung über Google AdMob. Premium-Abonnenten sehen keine Werbung.

Vos données de localisation ne sont pas stockées sur nos serveurs. Pour afficher les mosquées à proximité, fournir les fonctions de carte, effectuer des recherches d'adresse/ville ou récupérer les résultats de certains fournisseurs d'horaires de prière, vos informations de localisation ou de recherche peuvent être transmises en temps réel à des services tiers tels que Google, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim ou Aladhan.

Les achats d'abonnement in-app sont traités via Google Play Billing. Vos informations de paiement ne sont pas collectées par nous ; elles sont gérées par Google.

Vos données personnelles ne sont pas partagées avec des tiers sauf dans les cas suivants :

Prestataires de services : Firebase, Google, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, Aladhan et services Diyanet
Avec le consentement de l'utilisateur : Fonctionnalités communautaires
Obligations légales : Lorsque la loi l'exige

Vos données personnelles ne sont jamais vendues à des tiers.

6. Stockage et sécurité des données

Vos données sont stockées sur l'infrastructure Firebase conformément aux normes de sécurité de Google (SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, ISO 27017).

Les données de compte sont conservées jusqu'à la suppression du compte. Les données locales sont supprimées lors de la désinstallation de l'application.

7. Transfert international de données

Firebase, Google et d'autres services tiers peuvent traiter vos données sur des serveurs situés hors de votre pays. Vos données sont protégées par les conditions de protection des données des prestataires concernés et par des mesures de sécurité appropriées.

8. Vos droits

Suppression du compte : Supprimez votre compte via Profil > « Supprimer le compte » ou consultez la page de demande de suppression de compte
Effacer les données locales : Paramètres > Réinitialiser l'application
Révoquer l'autorisation de localisation : Via les paramètres de l'appareil
Révoquer l'autorisation de notification : Via les paramètres de l'appareil
Désactiver la personnalisation publicitaire : Réinitialiser votre identifiant publicitaire

9. Droits RGPD (Union européenne)

En vertu du Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD), les citoyens de l'UE disposent des droits supplémentaires suivants :

11. Confidentialité des enfants

Ezan Nuru ne collecte pas sciemment de données personnelles auprès d'enfants de moins de 13 ans. Si vous constatez un tel cas, veuillez nous contacter.

12. Publicité et suivi

La version gratuite affiche des publicités via Google AdMob. Les abonnés Premium ne voient pas de publicités.

Pour désactiver les publicités personnalisées : Paramètres de l'appareil > Google > Annonces.

13. Modifications de la politique

Cette politique de confidentialité peut être mise à jour de temps en temps. Les modifications importantes seront communiquées via des notifications dans l'application.
